南方医科大学皮肤病医院（广东省皮肤病医院、广东省皮肤性病防治中心）始建于1964年，2017年成建制划转到南方医科大学管理。经过60余年的发展，现已成为一所集皮肤性病临床诊疗、教学、科研、预防为一体，同时承担全省性病、麻风病防控策略制定、组织实施及业务指导的大学直属三级甲等皮肤病医院，是中国医师协会皮肤科分会副会长单位、广东省医学会皮肤性病学分会主委单位、国家药物临床试验机构、国家化妆品不良反应监测评价中心、国家药品监督管理局化妆品安全评价重点实验室副主任单位、广东省首批美容主诊医师培训基地、广东省皮肤病、性病诊疗医疗质量控制中心与广东省性病实验室质控中心挂靠单位。医院医资力量雄厚、专科专病特色突出、医疗服务优质，享誉华南地区。先后荣获“全国卫生系统先进集体”“全国综合、专科医院中医药工作示范单位”“国家级皮肤美容示范基地”等荣誉称号，医院党委荣获全省公立医院党建“四有”工程示范点。

Founded in 1964, the Dermatology Hospital of Southern Medical University (Guangdong Provincial Dermatology Hospital / Guangdong Center for the Prevention and Control of Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Leprosy) was officially incorporated under the management of Southern Medical University in 2017. Over the past six decades, the hospital has evolved into a comprehensive, top-tier tertiary institution integrating clinical services, teaching, research, and disease prevention in dermatology and venereology.
The hospital also assumes key responsibilities for developing, organizing, and guiding the implementation of provincial strategies to prevent and control sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and leprosy. It serves as the Vice-Chair Unit of the Dermatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the Chair Unit of the Dermatology and Venereology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association, and holds multiple national designations, including:

To fulfill its public mission, the hospital spearheaded the formation of the Southern Medical University Dermatology Hospital Specialty Alliance in 2018. It regularly organizes “Specialty Alliance Lectures” and multidisciplinary dermatology case conferences, hosts the “Skin Specialist Forum” (Guangzhou), the national “5.25 Skin Care Day” summit, and the Southern Dermatology Development Forum.
